Welcome
to HeeHaws

We rescue and care for abused and neglected donkeys and help them find a forever home.

Who are we?

We are a charity registered in December 2017, situated in Razac D’Eymet, Dordogne. We are run by a team of dedicated volunteers.

What do we do?

We rescue and care for abused and neglected donkeys and help them find a forever home.

What do we need?

We need donations for hay, feed, farrier visits, vet bills and transport costs for the donkeys we rescue.

Thank you for taking the time to visit us and for showing an interest in the work we do.

We are a fully registered charity, and our mission is to help, rescue and care for abused and neglected donkeys.

We rely solely on donations and volunteers, so, any help you are able to offer us, is greatly appreciated. We couldn’t, and wouldn’t, exist without your help.

Feel free to have a look around, see our beautiful donkeys, make a donation, contact us, and generally feel the HeeHaws love!

You are all welcome!

Carina and the HeeHaws Team.

How Can You help

Sponsor a Donkey

If you sponser one of our amazing donkeys, you will recieve a certificate and photo of ‘your’ donkey. You will also be able to visit and groom your donkey should you ever come to France!

Volunteer

If you have any spare time or skills you think may be useful, and would like to volunteer, please get in touch! Whether it's to help muck out or groom our lovely donkeys, any help is very much appreciated!

Donate

Please help us to help them. All donations however large or small will make a difference to their lives. Visit our link below for more info.

Online Purchases

Easy Fundraising. It's FREE to use and we receive a percentage of your purchase price. All you need to do is press the link below and Create Account.

Help us to help them

We rely on the help and support to keep HeeHaws up and running. If we did not receive your help then we would not be able to rescue abused and neglected donkeys, build and maintain their health, ensure they get regular visits from the farrier and vets…and all the other things that go with running a donkey sanctuary.

We appreciate every single bit of help that we receive.  Thank you
